At Roxy’s Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Refund Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and in their original condition and packaging. Personalized or custom-made items are only eligible if they arrive damaged or defective.
We highly suggest to take a video upon receiving and during unboxing the package.
2. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at contact.support@roxysstore.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we can exchange it for the same product at no additional cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
