🛍️ Roxy’s Store Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Roxy’s Store! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
📦 Returns
- You may return most new, unopened or defective items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. (Taking a video while unboxing the package is required)
- Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
🔄 Exchanges
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item at no extra cost. (Not applicable for limited stock items like unique jewelry and collectibles.)
- To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
💰 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
📦 How to Return an Item
- Contact us at contact.support@roxysstore.com with your order number and reason for return, video while unboxing the package, and photos.
- We’ll provide you with return instructions.
